Real Estate Acquisitions Salesperson — Raleigh / Cary
$3K–$4K/mo base + uncapped commission. $100K+ OTE for closers who show up.
We respond to every application — a real person reads each one.
We hand you motivated-seller leads who already raised their hand. Your job is to build trust on the phone, meet them at the property, and walk away with a signed contract.
You'll own the conversion of motivated-seller leads into signed purchase contracts — by phone and in person. Run appointments at properties, take photos, log everything in the CRM, and follow up until it's a yes or a clear no. W-2, in-office Cary/Raleigh.
You're great at
- Building rapport fast and getting people to trust you on the phone
- Staying calm and likable through objections
- Following up relentlessly without being pushy
- Reading a person and a property to know what the deal needs
- Working a CRM like second nature
What you’ll do
- Call and text inbound motivated-seller leads and book appointments
- Meet sellers at their property, build trust, present offers
- Take clear property photos and document condition
- Negotiate and get purchase agreements signed
- Log every touch, note, and next step in the CRM same-day
- Follow up on every open lead until it closes or dies
What we’re looking for
- In-office in Cary/Raleigh, full-time, set hours
- Reliable transportation for property visits
- Strong phone presence and clear spoken English
- Coachable, organized, comfortable being measured on results
- Comfortable with technology and CRM data entry
Nice to have
- Bilingual English/Spanish — a BIG plus (we buy from Spanish-speaking sellers across NC and want a closer who can sit at their kitchen table in their language)
- Sales or real estate experience (wholesaling, acquisitions, inside sales)
- Familiarity with the Triangle housing market
- Track record of hitting a quota or commission target
Why join
Not cold-call grinding to a dead list — warm, inbound motivated sellers. You get the leads, the CRM, and a founder who sells, so you'll learn from someone who actually closes. The ceiling is your work ethic, not a comp band.
We respond to every serious application within 48 hours — and top performers here clear six figures.
